MEET THE TEAM: Glenn Kwederis

Before joining AZZO in April 2020, Glenn spent 21 years with Schneider Electric, where he held a number of positions over those years. One of these involved the promotion and delivery of the company’s EcoStruxure brand of power and energy management systems, which is seeing continued success to this day. 

Glenn also performed a number of roles in Schneider’s Digital Power group, which have provided him with a well-rounded understanding of the business. Those positions included Business Development Specialist, Engineering Services Supervisor, and Utility Subject Matter Expert. 

Over the years, Glenn has not only witnessed, but played a part in the evolution of energy management and helped drive the associated technologies.  He has also played a key role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with a diverse set of customers in a range of sectors, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, health care, data centers, government, universities and electricity utilities. 

By transitioning to AZZO, Glenn’s objectives will be two-fold. The first will be the successful expansion of AZZO, a highly acclaimed Schneider Electric EcoXpert partner, into the U.S. market.Achieving the first goal will also contribute towards the second – sharing Schneider’s objective of growing their EcoXpert program of system integrator partners.
