MEET THE TEAM: Matt Farrelly
My name is Matt, I am an Electrician turned Key Account Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the electrical industry. I have been a part of the fantastic AZZO team for 8 years and have worked in various customer facing roles in that time. Happy customers are my passion at work so my adaptable & friendly personality along with my pursuit of excellence assists me greatly in my everyday role as a customer advocate.
My aim is to build working relationships that benefit all concerned as my mantra is "why be good separately, when we can be exceptional together".
At home, my family is my passion and I live for my wife of over 20 years together with my 3 kids. Our kids are all school age & play sport so that keeps our weeks busy. A life highlight for me was when my wife surprised me by riding down the aisle at our wedding on a horse. So, this added to a life "bucket list" item for us which was to horse ride to Craig's Hut from my favourite childhood Movie "The Man from Snowy River". A great way to celebrate our 20-year anniversary!
On the weekends you'll either find me having a coffee, on a trail walk, watching AFL or enjoying a quality South Australian Red Wine. Our other hobby is to go on family holidays in our caravan exploring Australia & the great outdoors.
